Where can I get tickets?

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, the email you receive with the QR code will be all you need.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
No, for this event you won’t be able to transfer your tickets to another person.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes, this venue is wheelchair accessible.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
No smoking or vaping is allowed at the Tomb Raider Experience – Seattle.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Will there be strobe lights?

There is no coat check, though the venue has lockers where you can store your belongings —please ask our staff on site for indications. Luggage and backpacks are discouraged.
Is there an age requirement?
This experience only allows guests above 10 years old. Kids under 16 years of age must have at least 1 adult (18+) in their party.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us at [email protected]. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free career ticket on our website. Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this career ticket when entering the venue.
Are there chairs available for participants during the experience?
Tomb Raider is a fast-paced experience. Once the explorers begin there are no designated places to pause and sit.
