Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience does not have virtual reality.
Is there a dress code?
There is no defined dress code for this experience; though we recommend guests to avoid high heels; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
Yes! We encourage you to interact with the actors to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
ABOUT TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
No, for this event you won't be able to transfer your tickets to another person.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance.
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever App, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.
You can also contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?

ABOUT THE ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, this venue is wheelchair accessible.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
No smoking or vaping is allowed at the Tomb Raider Experience - Seattle.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here.Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event will feature motion effects and flashing lights. If you require any accommodations, please inform the staff.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Unfortunately, photos are not allowed at this experience, not even with your mobile phone.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at (206) 454-0838 or email contact@tombraiderseattle.com.
Is coat check available?
There is no coat check, though the venue has lockers where you can store your belongings —please ask our staff on site for indications. Luggage and backpacks are discouraged.
Is there an age requirement?
This experience only allows guests above 10 years old. Kids under 16 years of age must have at least 1 adult (18+) in their party.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
